Our licensed inspectors inspect homes in and around Edmonton (up to 100 Km away). The issues we find are used to create reports that facilitate informed real estate decisions by applying advanced diagnostic tools and strict industry standards. We are certified, licensed association members and are provincially authorized to perform home inspections.

The process begins with a quote request. We collect information such as home location, age and size to generate a quote using pricing set by the home inspectors’ association. We then schedule a time and date for the inspection, which takes about 2 to 3 hours.

After the inspection, we gather photos and videos of all the issues found during the inspection into a neat, easy to read report, complete with descriptions, as well as the type of trade person to contact to resolve the issue.

The report is not just a repair list. It helps you negotiate house price, set expectations, walk away from bad deals, and sometimes, even save lives, literally!
